We have a maximum period of 2 business days to dispatch your purchase.

Within the Miami, ST FLORIDA, shipments usually arrive between 1 to 7 business days after dispatch is done.

For the rest of the boroughs, it takes about 2 - 5 business days (except for some boroughs, where this period could be extended).

Yes, you can exchange it within the next 45 days. They must come in their original packaging and in good condition.  The earrings are not received back due to hygiene measures.
