My name is Daniela Morel Rocca and I am a goldsmith. Before dedicating myself to goldsmithing, I studied arts at the Bellas Artes University (fine arts University), but I decided to change to Physical Education (PE). This time, I graduated but never actually taught at a school. Then, I studied Yoga and worked for many years teaching yoga until I had my children, and my class schedules did not match theirs.

One day, while I was teaching a class, I saw a student wearing a ring and I immediately fell in love with it, so I asked her who had made it, and she gave me the contact information. After that, I tried to get in touch with the goldsmith for about a year until I took some of her classes.

It has been 7 years since then, and from day one I knew this was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Transforming metal, designing, and building a piece of jewelry from scratch, all of these are things that I could never get bored of. Jewelry can be transformed a thousand times, and the fact that metals such as gold, silver and platinum are noble means they last over time.

What I like most about my job is being able to reuse old jewelry that has sentimental value to other people. Sometimes they can no longer use them because they might seem too big for these times, or because they are missing a piece.

What I do is taking the metal, the stones and going back to making a jewel that they can wear, while keeping the sentimental value it has for each person.

On this page you will also find ready-made jewelry in a very delicate and feminine collection, which you can wear every single day if you like. My main aim to make pieces of jewelry that are not disposable, and that you can stay with you over time.

For the future, I hope to make all my collections made of recycled metal, aiming to walk towards a more sustainable and environmentally friendly world. I hope you will also join us.
